The Weave team is one of CMM’s global equipping teams that helps align parents with God’s global purposes by providing practical ways to embrace the Great Commission as a core vision of family discipleship, influencing new traditions and strategic lifestyle choices. We are passionate about mobilizing families and aim to always be learning new skills to help reach the mission which we have been called. We value strong team relationships where we celebrate wins and overcome challenges together. View our site at weavefamily.org.
Weave is looking for an Operations Manager who will direct the day to day operations and large-scale projects of the Weave team. They will also analyze and improve team processes, and work to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.
Senior Curriculum Writer
Weave is looking for a Senior Curriculum Writer to develop family mobilization resources and training courses which will ultimately mobilize entire families to step into their unique role in God’s story. You will work closely with Weave’s Head Curriculum Writer/Developer to:
- Create and write resources and training materials for parents, inspiring and equipping them to disciple their children in God’s mission.
- Create and write resources for pastoral leaders, equipping them to mobilize parents in their churches.
- Create fun, engaging activities and stories for families to use in discipling their children.
Other Roles: Weave utilizes the CMM’s operations teams to support its international growth and infrastructure, so if you’re passionate about family mobilization but have other skills or interests, check out Internship page or roles in Creative, Finance, Tech, Marketing, Personnel, Administration, Communications, or Marketing on our mobilization.org/join page.
Our field teams (both internationally and the USA) are also bringing the vision, resources, and strategies of Weave to local churches all over the world. If you desire to be personally introducing Weave and other mobilization resources to churches and families, coaching leaders, and consulting with family and discipleship pastors, talk to us about field staff opportunities.
