We have a variety of personality types and skill sets on this team, as some of us focus in differing degrees on both the people and processes that support our ministry. This is a terrific opportunity to serve a valuable role in a Great Commission ministry.

With a growing, multi-national staff, we are facing challenges of how to equip new and veteran staff in over 10 countries. We are looking for both someone to lead our staff training and leadership development strategies, as well as someone (or the same person) who can design our training curriculum and manage our LMS, videos, and in-person trainings.
Pastor to Missionary (Member Care)
With over 100 multi-national staff on a dozen teams, we need a few more member care specialists working with our Member Care Director who will help us implement our member care mission – forging a culture and developing a structure that empowers teams and staff to thrive in sustainable and effective ministry. The Pastor to Missionary must have significant ministry experience, and preferably some cross-cultural experience, in order to have credibility with missionaries. They must be spiritually mature, flexible and approachable, and in good physical health. They must be “learners”, not “experts”. They must be “generalists”, not “specialists”.
With over 100 multi-national staff who raise their financial support, we are looking for someone who wholeheartedly believes that Ministry Partner Development (support raising) is a ministry of mobilization. While CMM is the parent organization of Support Raising Solutions which provides resources, training, and strategy to thousands of missionaries and hundreds of ministries every year, we still need our own MPD Director as well. We need someone to work with our SRS team and then employ the best practices with our own staff, helping them to be spiritually healthy, vision-driven, and fully funded.
