Internship Opportunites

Some of our internship opportunities are in our operational teams of Finance, Creative, Marketing, Communication, Personnel, and Technology. Here you will utilize your college education and acquire real-world experience in these skilled areas. 

We also have an internship development program where you will be equipped and mentored to grow in cross-cultural understanding, spiritual development, and training in mission mobilization resources. We want to help you into your next season of life, whether that’s working with the CMM, a church, mission agency, or the marketplace. 

Our first semester interns are paid $12 an hour, normally working between 10 and 20 hours per week. If you enter a second semester with us, we want to help you begin to develop a personal financial support team for half of your budget. We will train and coach you to build a small team of financial partners, as you raise support for our internship and for any mission trips or summer projects you may attend. Your pay will increase, and the CMM will contribute half and you’ll raise half. By the time you graduate, we hope you will have a faithful team of partners who will help you launch into full-time ministry.

Global Research Team

If you have a passion for missions and interest in cross-cultural ministry, consider joining our Global Research Team. You will be researching ministries different countries, working with CMM teams across the world with their ministry contacts, and following up with ministry leaders who have downloaded or purchased our resources in our 12 languages.

Roles on Operations Teams

Visual Design Intern

We’re looking for students who have a desire to learn, who bring raw design talent to the table, and who possess a strong work ethic. We’ll give you the opportunity to participate in a variety of experiences. You will develop skills in communication design, technical knowledge, and presentation abilities. Digital Communications

We need a team of social media coordinators, designers, writers, editors, and proofreaders who can work with our teams to deliver content to our global audience. Every month, over 20,000 ministry leaders in over 50 countries engage with our content, and we need your help to manage our fast pace of communication.

Supply Chain Management

We are translating ministry resources into a dozen languages, printing them, storing them at distribution centers around the globe, and delivering them to church and ministry leaders in over 50 countries. If you want to be a part of this team doing research, problem solving, and fulfilment, let’s talk.

Marketing

While other CMM teams produce ministry resources for churches and mission leaders in 50 countries, these people need to know about us first. Marketing interns will grow in their understanding of marketing and communications in a ministry context, and then adapt that to multiple cultures. We are a major content delivery organization already, but we need to capitalize on this free content to direct them to resources they can download for free or purchase. We need analysts, copywriters, and strategic thinkers.

Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist, you’ll be providing desktop support to CMM staff all over the world. You’ll also be providing tech and systems support within our office. This is a terrific opportunity to serve a valuable role in a Great Commission ministry. View PDF to Learn More
