In 2023, we’ll be hosting a 400 person Support Raising Leaders Conference in Colorado, a 600 person EDM ’23 Collegiate Ministry Leaders Conference, and our 300 person CMM Family Gathering bringing in our staff from all over the world. We need someone to be the project and event manager to help the stakeholders bring their desire to reality. You’ll be helping create requirements lists, search venues, coordinate travel, and work with multiple operations teams at the CMM (Personnel, Tech, Creative, Finance, and Marketing/Communications), as they all have roles to play in our major events. We are translating ministry resources into a dozen languages, printing them, storing them at distribution centers around the globe, and delivering them church and ministry leaders in over 50 countries. If you want to be a part of this team doing research, problem solving, and fulfilment, let’s talk.
With 10 field teams, 3 global equipping teams (SRS, CMT, and Weave) creating specialized products and trainings, 100+ staff, and an international HQ with over 30 people, we need multiple project managers to serve on various teams. You will be interacting with multiple teams to accomplish your projects, keep timelines, manage tasks, and remind others to get their part done. If you can juggle lots of projects and aren’t afraid to be the annoying reminder to everyone to stay on track, you may be our next project manager!
