The CMM’s Personnel Team is forging a culture and developing a structure that empowers teams and staff to thrive in sustainable and effective ministry. This begins at recruitment and continues throughout their entire time serving with us. This team serves American, Peruvian, Chinese, Kenyan and other global staff in over 10 countries with many nationalities. We provide the structure, coaching, and systems to help staff through recruiting, onboarding, training, support raising, development, member care, crisis management, and offboarding. 

We have a variety of personality types and skill sets on this team, as some of us focus in differing degrees on both the people and processes that support our ministry. This is a terrific opportunity to serve a valuable role in a Great Commission ministry.

MPD Manager

With over 100 multi-national staff who raise their financial support, we are looking for someone who wholeheartedly believes that Ministry Partner Development (support raising) is a ministry of mobilization. While CMM is the parent organization of Support Raising Solutions which provides resources, training, and strategy to thousands of missionaries and hundreds of ministries every year, we still need our own MPD Manager as well. We need someone to work with our SRS team and then employ the best practices with our own staff, helping them to be spiritually healthy, vision-driven, and fully funded.
