Field Team Job Opportunities
The City and Regional Field Teams of the CMM serve throughout the globe to mobilize churches to multiply mission sending movements to the unreached. We don’t send missionaries, but mobilizers who are force-multiplies to the global mission workforce. We come alongside churches, collegiate ministries, and mission agencies to provide resources, trainings, and strategies to assist them in making a global impact and send long-term, effective missionaries to the unreached. If you have a passion for the unreached, but a willingness to serve and multiply missionaries from Asia, Africa, Latin America, and the Middle East, then consider mobilizing with us!
Our City Teams are focused on mobilizing churches and sending missionaries from strategic cities. Our Regional Teams focus on a multi-country region and act as catalytic influencers, bringing our resources and strategies to church networks, mission agencies, and mobilization movements.

- A few other undisclosed teams with mostly national staff in Asia and Eastern Europe
